MASAI MARA NATIONAL GAME RESERVE
Masai Mara – one of the seven wonder of the natural
World. Home to one of Nature’s Greatest Spectacle -
the Great Migration. Land of the Big Five. The Reserve is
widely considered to be Africa’s greatest wildlife reserve.
Masai Mara comprises 200 sq miles of open rolling plains,
woodlands and riverine forests and is the northern side of
the expansive Serengeti plains. The Reserve is home to a breathtaking
array of life. The vast grasslands are scattered with herds
of Wildebeests, Zebra, Giraffe, Gazelle and Topi.
ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
The Aberdare National Park is part of the vast Aberdare Mountain
Range of central Kenya. The topography is diverse with deep
ravines that cut through the forested eastern and western
slopes. The park experiences rainfall throughout the year.
Aberdare is home to most of the larger mammals, having a large
population of black rhino. The park is home to most endangered
species which include: the rare Bongo, Giant Forest Hog, Packs
of the now very rare Wild Hunting Dogs and Endemic mole-rate
and mole shrew. Other game include: Leopard, Serval cats,
Endemic bird species, reptiles, insects. Bird viewing is rewarding,
with over 250 species of birds in the park, including the
Jackson's Francolin, sparry hawk, goshawks, eagles, sunbirds
and plovers.
SAMBURU NATIONAL GAME RESERVE
Nestled in a sparkling oasis in Kenya’s northern frontier.
Home to the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy Zebra scimitar horned
Oryx, blue shanked Somali ostrich and the Gerenuk.
LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Lake Nakuru - one of the gems in the necklace of the Rift
Valley Lakes often referred as the Pink Lake for its great
masses of pink flamingos. Opportunity to see millions of flamingos
besides a massive catalog of other terrestrial birds. The
world renowned ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson defined it
as "the greatest bird spectacle on earth”. Lake
Nakuru National Park is a Rhino Sanctuary and harbors other
wild-game like the Lion, Waterbucks, Buffalo, Warthog, Hippo
etc, and is one of the few places where you can see Rothschild's
giraffes. The Park has more than 56 species of mammals and
the natural, scenic beauty of Lion Hill, Baboon Cliffs as
well as numerous waterfalls throughout.
