ITINERARIES
East Africa and the Himalayas offer a wealth of safari and trekking opportunities. A tailor-made safari/trek allows the guest the chance to explore those opportunities to the full. We combine the best game viewing and trekking areas for the different times of the year with activities chosen by you that cater to the ages and interests of your group. From the familiar mountain treks to National parks and Reserves to the more obscure and undiscovered areas, from popular game lodges to exclusive game ranches,
the choice remains entirely yours.
HOSTS
We are your hosts from the word go, a senior representative along with your driver guide meets you at the airport upon your arrival. A pre safari briefing / orientation follows thereafter giving you a detailed sketch of what is in store. You will be taken through the safari/trek program, shown what to expect, provided with background information and materials, discuss the dos and don'ts and answer any questions. We offer personal service at Earth Tours and Travel, each detail of your safari/trek is taken care
of personally, for you only. Much of the fun of going on safari /trek comes from the interaction of our drivers and guides with you. Our drivers/ guides are dedicated to giving you the safari/trek of a lifetime. Having interacted with diverse communities and also having undergone formal training in tour guiding, trekking our drivers/ guides have an unmatched and intimate knowledge of the parks, wildlife, mountains and the people. The guides ensure that our visitors leave with memories to cherish forever.
TRANSPORT AND GAME DRIVES
Transport is in our custom built 6 - 7 seater safari micro buses or custom built Land cruisers/Land rovers complete with two - way UHF radio communication, a “pop up” roof offering the best views on game drives, large sliding windows for the avid photographer, a reinforced suspension system for the rugged African terrain and a high ground clearance. Our vehicles are maintained in their top most condition. Your comfort is our top priority.
ACCOMMODATION
We take great pride in using only the very best accommodation for our guests, the best lodges, hotels and camps, each having it’s own unique rustic design, managed by reputable hotel groups or by individuals that cater for every need for our well deserving guest. We have built strong relationships with all the leading hotels and lodges and thus enjoy a favored client status. On treks comfortable two man tents are provided along with a mess tent for meals. Complete porter and Sherpa support is provided along with
a Sirdar who makes sure that all your needs and comfort requirements are taken care of.

For flight packages, we book our guests on scheduled / chartered flights operated by reliable companies. The scenery by air is spectacular with stunning aerial views.
Internally scheduled flights are available between major towns and National Parks and Reserves, operated on a per seat basis in a single or twin-engine aircraft.
For the ultimate in comfort and convenience, a wide range of aircraft is available for private charter. A private aircraft offers accessibility to those airstrips not serviced by schedule flights, with total flexibility for timing and routing.
